One year ago, during LEAD Training 2025, our student leaders wrote letters to their future selves, capturing their goals, reflections, and aspirations.

Today, exactly one year later, those letters have finally reached their destination.

𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫

Strengthen bonds. Carry the mission forward. ✨️

The final day of the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 brought delegates together to celebrate their growth, strengthen their connections, and embrace their shared commitment to leadership and service.

Through team-building activities, participants discovered the value of trust, collaboration, and communication in achieving common goals. The day's processing sessions provided an opportunity to reflect on lessons learned, challenges overcome, and the experiences that shaped their leadership journey throughout the training.

As the program came to a close, the Closing Ritual served as a meaningful reminder that leadership does not end with the training. Rather, it begins with the responsibility to apply what has been learned, inspire others through action, and contribute positively to the FEU High School community.

Over the past four days, our delegates have learned to lead themselves, lead with purpose, lead through action, and lead together. May they continue to embody the values of brave leadership, transformational leadership, and excellence as they create meaningful impact wherever they go.

The LEAD Training may have ended, but the journey of leadership continues.

Lead with bravery, accountability, and integrity. Turn ideas into meaningful impact. ✨️

The second and third days of the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 challenged delegates to transform self-awareness into purposeful leadership and meaningful action.

On Day 2, participants explored the habits of brave leaders, learned how to responsibly manage their personal and organizational digital presence, and gained a deeper understanding of the Project Life Cycle. Through these sessions, student leaders were encouraged to lead with integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose.

Day 3 shifted the focus from learning to doing. Through the Project Life Cycle Simulation and GPOA Collaboration Workshops, delegates applied their knowledge, strengthened their teamwork and problem-solving skills, and developed plans that can create a positive impact within their organizations and the FEU High School community.

These experiences reminded our student leaders that leadership is more than holding a position. It is about taking initiative, making responsible decisions, and turning ideas into actions that serve others.

The journey continues as our delegates prepare for the next chapter of LEAD Training 2026.
