Her talk, “LAWA PH: An Initiative to Mitigate Leptospirosis in the Philippines,” and the fight against leptospirosis in the Philippines. 💧🇵🇭

Her work shows how science, public health, and community action can come together for healthier futures! 👥🐀

Ms. Kristel Joy S. Cada faculty at New Era University and LAWA PH researcher, gave us a deep dive into the world of parasites with her topic: “Menace of Microscopic Parasites: A Biological Perspective on Their Threats to Human Health.”, opened our eyes to the world of microscopic parasites and their impact on human health, reminding us that even the smallest organisms can have the biggest impact.

Her passion and research remind us that biology is key to protecting both people and the planet. 🌱🦠
