The MME Student Council proudly co-hosts "Deriving Pump Scaling Laws: An Introduction to Dimensional Analysis and Similitude", a lecture webinar by MathyMechanics, presented and discussed by Engineer Jhon Jasper D. Apan. This webinar will be held on-line via Microsoft Teams on April 24, 2026, Friday, from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM with a 15 minute break in-between.

MathyMechanics is an educational platform that aims to elevate the student learning experience in mathematics, mechanics, and everything beyond and in between. This webinar is best suited for MME students who are currently taking or have already taken Fluid Mechanics or Fluid Machinery.

For those who want to boost their intuition on the computations and formulations involved in Fluid Mechanics through the methods and concepts of Dimensional Analysis, Similitude, and the rationale behind Pump Scaling Laws, this webinar is meant for you! 👩‍🔬🧑‍🔬
