Art is not also for kids but also for the parents esp Mothers! I believe that the parents also needs relaxation from their daily stressful duties. So i made sure to include them in my art activity together with their lovely kids! Good job!

6TH SESSION (Free Art Workshop) at CHILD haus. Today, we did a seascape painting. No reference, as I wanted to see if they learned what we covered in the last workshops. I'm glad I was able to do an art class today after a series of training & rainy days. Good job, kids! Until next time!

- These kids are fighting for their condition every single day of their lives. Apart from the orphanage, they also have to go to the hospital weekly for treatment— this is not just an workshop but an art theraphy for each one of them.

5TH SESSION (Free Art Workshop). Yesterday, I challenged my students to do an "open themed" artwork, this way they could think of their own ideas and have free will to create an art without restriction and pressure. I also asked each one of them to explain their works. I am beyond happy with their creations!

4th SESSION (Free Art Workshop). These kids are fighting for their condition every single day of their lives. Apart from the orphanage, they also have to go to the hospital weekly for treatment—no time to unwind or go somewhere like the beach.

Today, we did a seascape painting activity. I brought them a sense of calmness so they can feel the beauty of the beach through their artwork. We had a blessed and creative day.

Me and stricken kids at Childhaus, QC branch. My advocacy is not just to teach sickened kids art, but also to help children find alternative ways of therapy—mentally, emotionally, and physically—through art-making. Today, we did an arts and crafts activity. I let them cut out each element, such as fishes, birds, leaves, butterflies, and so on. This provides a safe outlet for children to express their emotions. Congratulations, kids!
