The UST College of Education Student Council (UST-CESC) shall be the highest student government of the UST College of Education and shall be responsible for formulating and implementing policies, rules, and regulations directly affecting the welfare and interests of the students in pursuance of the objectives and principles set forth in its constitution. The UST-CESC shall work together with the f

aculty, non-academic personnel, and the administration in the realization of an academic community that is responsive to the needs of its constituents. If you have any concerns, you may contact anyone from the UST-CESC Executive Board for the A.Y. 2025-2026:
