As the organizing committee moves forward, we emphasize the importance of clear systems, timely communication, and decisive action — and we are committed to learning from this experience to ensure better safeguards in future iterations of Tao Rin Pala.

2. Must be at least 16 years old, with minors required to secure parental consent prior to donation
3. Must not have donated blood in the past 3 months
4. Must not have had alcohol or ni****ne intake within 24 hours prior to donation
5. Must not have had a new tattoo or piercing for at least 1 year prior to donation
6. Must not have had fever or infections one week prior to donation
7. Must not have other sickness or diseases like heart ailments, tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis, or AIDS
8. Must not be under medications for acne or pimples in the last two months
9. Did not receive blood transfusion in the span of 1 year
10. Must not have contracted COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks
