San Beda Student Council - Finance Committee

#𝗕𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 📣: 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲

In line with addressing 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 of the Student Council, the Office of the Treasurer released a letter of notice addressed to the Vice President of Finance, endorsed by the OPSA and CAS Dean, received this June 11, 2025.

As stated in the letter, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 concerning the Student Activity Fund (SAF), Batch Council Fund (BCF), Freshman Orientation Day Fund (FOD), and the Cultural Fund for A.Y 2025-2026 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Thus, all documents concerning the SAF, BCF, FOD, and Cultural Fund transactions that are 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱.
