In the most overwhelming parts of college life, it is easy to focus on what you have done wrong or on the things you feel you could have done better.

On days when you are running on caffeine—or pushed forward by deadlines—it can be difficult to say, “I am tired. I should get some rest.”

However, we must remember that we are human. Even in the most demanding moments of our lives, we need to extend kindness to ourselves—whether through a simple treat, extra time for sleep, or affirming words and mantras that help us feel grounded.

And so, may you remember: you are still deserving of kindness, not because you have done enough, but because you are human.

We survive, we thrive 💙💛
