[CALL FOR SURVEY RESPONDENTS] Korean-Filipino Family & Children
SURVEY LINK: https://bit.ly/KRFLfamily2025
UP KRC is joining the Korean Association of Southeast Asian Studies (KASEAS, 한국동남아학회) to carry out a research on Korean-Filipino families and their children in the Philippines. The research project is funded by the Overseas Koreans Agency (재외동포청).
The research aims to (1) map the status and presence of the Korean-Filipino families, (2) identify their children who may hold dual citizenships of both countries, and (3) find out any important points how these families and children can be supported by the Korean government’s policy (e.g., education, welfare, etc.).
For this research, we call for Korean respondents who are spouses of a Filipino citizen and residing with one’s family in the Philippines. If you are from a Korean-Filipino family, hope you join our research! If you know someone, feel free to share the link with them!
