Welcome to the oldest library in the Philippines, the UST Miguel de Benavides Library! It has sixteen sections and four branch libraries.

The University of Santo Tomas Miguel de Benavides Library dates back to the early part of the 17th Century. From the modest personal library of Father Miguel de Benavides, founder of the institution, it grew as an institution of priceless information resources. The Library is now a hub of learning, providing services to the University and off-campus researchers. The Miguel de Benavides Library houses a rich collection of around half a million volumes of print and non-print materials.

Sharing knowledge, creativity, and meaningful moments through our Library Outreach Activity and Library Visit held on May 15, 2026, at San Martin, Bamban, Tarlac. Led by Sr. Lib. Michelle M. San Gabriel, the Library Extension Committee, together with the librarians and staff, connected with the community through a book tasting session, a bookmark-making activity, and a donation turnover for the San Martin De Porres Library. More than sharing books and materials, the activity served as a reminder of how learning and kindness can bring people together.💛
