DESIGNING AND DELIVERING HIGH IMPACT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
Date: May 29-31, 2025
Time: 8:30 am-5:30 PM
Venue: Networld Hotel in Buendia cor. Roxas Blvd., Pasay City
This program aims to enhance the skills of trainers-practitioners in:
● designing training programs that are most responsive to the evolving training needs of the hospitality industry and
● delivering learning sessions on technical and behavioral programs using high-impact training methodologies and facilitation techniques
Under the guidance of our highly seasoned facilitators, participants will be required to produce the following output during the seminar:
1. Develop or align existing training programs in a manner that will best address the training needs or the required competencies of their target groups/participants
2. Present a sample module utilizing modern approaches to training delivery, shifting from the traditional methods to a more interactive, participative, introspective and experiential delivery techniques.
Participants who will make a satisfactory performance in these two expected outcomes shall receive a certificate of competency as a trainer by ATTAIN, attested by the trainers.
Course Fee: P4,500 for a 3-day workshop
