Dr. Roneh Glenn Libre Jr. is a 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 and an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐮́𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, specializing in 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀. He earned his 𝐁𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐒 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 from Mapúa University and completed his 𝐏𝐡𝐃 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 at De La Salle University.

With strong experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Libre has worked as a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐫, and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐑&𝐃 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 at Base Bahay Foundation, Inc. His research interests span concrete mechanics, sustainable materials, bamboo and geopolymer applications, disaster risk reduction, and emerging construction technologies, including 3D printing. He has authored multiple Scopus- and Elsevier-indexed publications and is an active member of professional organizations such as ACI, PICE, IABSE, and RILEM.

With extensive international academic and research experience across India and Malaysia, Dr. Jayaprakash has been at the forefront of 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, playing a key role in establishing a dedicated 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝟯𝗗 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗩𝗜𝗧. He has published 𝟳𝟬+ 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, authored books and book chapters with Springer and other reputable publishers, and has received multiple 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀.
