The Eta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, together with the other volunteer organizations and government institutions, partook in the impactful One-Stop Free Consultation hosted by SLU - Sunflower Child and Youth Wellness Center at Maryhill Retreat House. From legal guidance to community connection, our brothers were there to serve and support!

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 🇵🇭 in the Philippines is celebrated every May 28 to honor the first unfurling of the Philippine flag in 1898 after the victory at the Battle of Alapan in Cavite, led by General Emilio Aguinaldo. This marked a key moment in the country's struggle for independence and gave birth to the national flag as a symbol of freedom and unity.

For Alpha Phi Omega (ΑΦΩ), a service-oriented fraternity committed to Leadership, Friendship, and Service, this day is a time to reflect on national pride and civic duty. National Flag Day also serves as a reminder for us to stand united in service, uphold Filipino identity, and inspire patriotism in the communities we are serving.

Membership is open to all bonafide men and women students at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sta. Mesa, Manila who believe in the scouting ideals of leadership, friendship, and service and meet the qualifications and standards. Students of all ethnic and religious backgrounds are welcome!

Qualifications:
• Must be enrolled and a bonafide student in any four (4) year course in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Mabini Campus
• Must be physically fit
