April 30 marks the 3rd and final day of the OVPFA Domain Workshop—completing a meaningful 3-day journey of learning, collaboration, and shared commitment.

A heartfelt gratitude to all our facilitators for generously sharing their expertise and insights, and to all participants for actively engaging and consistently showing commitment throughout the workshop.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Vice Presidents, VP Tessa Rungduin and VP Lordinio Vergara, for gracing the activity with their presence, support, and encouragement—truly inspiring everyone to stay engaged and aligned with our goals.

Three days of learning, alignment, and collaboration—completed, but the impact continues.

The second day of the VPFA Domain Workshop, held today, April 23, is currently underway, continuing the initiative on Strengthening Office Systems through EOMS, ISO 21001:2018, and Knowledge Management Integration.

Building on the gains from Day 1, the ongoing sessions sustain a collaborative and results-oriented environment, with active engagement from key stakeholders in refining core processes, strengthening system alignment, and integrating knowledge management practices. The discussions continue to advance shared understanding and reinforce the collective commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and quality standards within the VPFA domain.

The first day of the VPFA Domain Workshop, held on April 14, was successfully conducted, marking a strong and purposeful start to the initiative on Strengthening Office Systems through EOMS, ISO 21001:2018, and Knowledge Management Integration.

The session brought together key stakeholders in a collaborative setting, fostering meaningful discussions, shared insights, and a unified understanding of system-level improvements and strategic alignment. This initial engagement lays a solid foundation for succeeding workshop activities, reinforcing the commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, quality assurance, and knowledge-driven practices within the VPFA domain.

3-Day VPSSSS Domain Workshop Successfully Concluded!

The recently concluded 3-day VPSSSS Domain Workshop brought together dedicated participants in a collaborative and engaging environment focused on strengthening systems, aligning processes, and enhancing institutional practices.

This initiative marks another step forward in fostering a culture of coordination, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making across offices.

On April 8, Dr. Aggarao, together with Dr. Tabajen, Prof. Natividad, and Dr. Antriman, convened to discuss the DKMEI Curriculum for the enhancement of academic programs. The meeting was successfully conducted, emphasizing alignment, collaboration, and the continuous improvement of the institution.

On March 31, 2026, the KMSFO Monthly Meeting was successfully conducted. The session concluded with discussions on other matters, reflecting the office’s continued commitment to collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.

On March 27, 2026, the KMSFO successfully underwent its Internal Quality Audit (IQA). The office appreciates the valuable feedback and remains committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

The CoPSF members convened on March 16, 2026, to review and finalize the Terms of Reference (ToR), facilitated by Dr. Reynald Cacho, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and standards.

The team demonstrated strong cooperation and actively contributed throughout the discussions, resulting in refined provisions that strengthen roles, responsibilities, and implementation mechanisms.

📌Successful Conduct of the VPREQA Domain Workshop

The VPREQA Domain Workshop on Strengthening Office Systems through EOMS ISO 21001:2018 and Knowledge Management Integration was successfully conducted over three productive days (March 10-12), bringing together offices under the VPREQA domain to collaboratively review, enhance, and align their Office Systems with institutional and international quality standards.

The workshop provided a venue for meaningful discussions on the integration of EOMS ISO 21001:2018 principles and Knowledge Management (KM) practices into office operations. Participants engaged in collaborative sessions focused on strengthening documentation processes, aligning office systems with the university’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Strategic Development Plan (SDP), and promoting effective knowledge sharing across units.

We extend our appreciation to all participating offices, facilitators, and organizers whose collaboration made this three-day workshop a success.
