HAPPENING NOW: How to Communicate Thoughts and Feelings Effectively

Our scholars are actively discussing the common traits of Baby Boomers that they find challenging ,especially those that affect how they express themselves. They're also reflecting on the possible effects these actions might have on their well-being and communication in the long run.

He is the president of ADHD Society of the Philippines and he is here to share his knowledge about the importance of being honest with ourselves. This talk will help the scholars learn better communication that leads to a greater connection. 💗
