A call for help. Our beloved teacher Mrs. Vernie David suffered a stroke and badly needs surgery to remove the blood clot from her brain. For our millenial Espians, we ask for you indulgence. You may not know her as she retired in the 90s. But may this event be a tool of the Holy Spirit to teach all of us the value of sharing as we now put it into practice.

In this time when our mentor needs our help and for as long as we have the means to assist, we are now launching a fund raising for Mrs. Vernie David to help augment their hospital bills. Of course this is VOLUNTARY, and the funds must go directly to them.

Let us lift her up in prayer, including members of her family that they will be guided by the Holy Spirit in these difficult times.

The digitally colored photo of the ESPS Main Building without the LRT Tayuman Station in view has been making rounds among the alumni for the past few days. The first of the three buildings that the SVD priests built for ESPS was built on 1954, a Marian year (Anno Mariano), that it features the image of the Virgin Mary by renowned Italian sculptor Francesco Monti in the Rizal Avenue side.

Almost a decade after that five floor building was first blessed, the six floor Annex I building at the corner of Oroquieta and Tayuman Street was built. Here is a fish eye's perspective of the newly built Annex I.
