Established to prevent dangerous human interference with the climate system, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) brings nations together to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations through global cooperation. 🌍🌿

Carried across and agreements is the key principle “Common but Differentiated Responsibilities,” introduced at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit. It affirms that all nations must act on global environmental issues, but with responsibilities based on historical contributions and capacity. 🤝

In climate action, no one is left behind—every effort counts. 🌱
