AMAZING LESSONS ON CHILDREN'S TEACHING FROM WISE PARENTS
1. When your child cries, ignore it. Absolutely do not coax, do not apologize, do not hold, or compromise with your child at this time. Even if I'm wrong. Never let your child realize that crying is a weapon against their parents. Very difficult to reforge.
2. When your child is quiet, ask him why he is crying. If you are wrong, apologize (so that your child knows that everyone who is wrong must apologize). If your child is wrong, explain slowly and simply. The goal is for your child to understand the problem when he or she calms down. Don't explain when your child is crying, he won't listen.
3. When the child does not agree (ie when the child is stubborn). Ask why your child does that. Then always start with the sentence "Ah, is it... that's why I...". This is a lesson about negotiation in business management that I learned many years ago, and it is always useful. Let the other person (and in this case, your child) understand that you listen and understand their problems, before convincing them of your opinion. In management, it is the image of stepping aside to direct their sympathetic gaze towards you.
4. When instructing your child, be dedicated and sincere. The more you respect your child and give detailed instructions, the more they will understand things, increase their language skills and enjoy giving instructions to others, which means increasing their skills.
5. When your child has something or wants to say, stop what you are doing and listen to your child with all your passion. You will feel respected.
6. When your child does something, don't praise the result, praise the process. Don't praise your child for being good, praise him for how he tries. From there, nurture in your child the spirit of "if you try, you can do it". That is more important than giving your children money or a house.
