Easter Sunday is a significant day for Christians around the world, marking the glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ. It stands as a powerful symbol of hope, renewal, and the promise of life triumphing over death.

On this day, may we be reminded of the boundless love and sacrifice that Christ made for humanity, offering a path to redemption and a new beginning for all who believe.

Let us reflect and be reminded of the great suffering that was endured for the salvation of humanity and faith that carried us—on the cross and throughout our own journey to it.

On Maundy Thursday, the day that recollects the Last Supper and the powerful act of Jesus washing His disciples' feet, we remember the great humility and love He showed. It is a beckoning to love one another as He has loved us. On this holy day, let us be reminded to live kind, humble, and with a heart that’s ready to serve.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Kagitingan, ating alalahanin na ang pagiging makabayan at bayanihan ay hindi naluluma— ito'y isinasabuhay araw-araw sa mga simpleng gawaing may malasakit, tapang, at puso para sa bayan.

Kabataan at kapwa mamamayan, ating ipagpatuloy ang diwang makabayan para sa ating inang sinilangan.

Eid al-Fitr is an Islamic holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting, prayer, and reflection observed by Muslims all over the world.

"Eid" means festival or celebration, while "Fitr" refers to the breaking of the fast.

Eid al-Fitr lasts for one day, on the first day of Shawwal. The crescent moon was spotted on March 29, 2025, and Saudi Arabia will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on March 30, 2025. In India, Eid is expected to be celebrated on March 31, 2025. In the Philippines, according to Presidential Proclamation No. 839, April 1, 2025 (Tuesday) has been declared a holiday to commemorate Eid’l Fitr.
