ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS (OCTOBERIAN) ARE REQUESTED TO SEE THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

a.) RECORD VERIFICATION AND APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION (SEPTEMBER 3-14)
b.) SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS (UNTIL OCTOBER 5)
c.) FILING OF COMPLETION (UNTIL SEPTEMBER 28)

Please be guided with the dates. Thank you.
Note: No transactions will be accommodated every Saturdays to give way for filing.
