• TECHNICIANS (MALE/ FEMALE)
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in repair of mobile phones/devices.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware components, operating systems and software applications. Proficiency in using small tools, soldering equipment, precision instruments for disassembling, repairing and reassembling mobile phones.
- Good communication and listening skills.
• TEAM LEADER (MALE/ FEMALE)
- Graduate of vocational, technical, or bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Electronics, industrial Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a production, repair or technical operations role.
- At least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality standards and safety practices.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (MALE/ FEMALE)
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in a technical field, with preference for those with certifications in electronics or manufacturing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Preferably in electronics and semiconductor industry or mobile device repair/manufacturing industry.
