The Guidance, Counseling and Career Services Office (GCCSO) respectfully informs the UE community that the Wellness Room will be temporarily closed.

We assure you that efforts are being made to establish a new and improved Wellness Room that will provide a more comfortable, accessible, and supportive environment for all. Further announcements will be issued once the new Wellness Room is ready for use.

In the meantime, students who may need support are encouraged to schedule an appointment via Student Portal through Guidance Office Services or visit the GCCSO during working hours:
Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM

How to Request Academic Counseling for Summer & 1st Semester SY 2026-2027 Enrollment:

Step 1: Go to the UE website: https://www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html and click "Enroll Online."

Step 2: Log in to the UE Registration System. If you see a pop-up saying "See the Dean" or "See the Guidance Counselor," proceed to the next steps.

Summer Enrollment starting on May 7, 2026
1st Semester SY 2026-2027 Enrollment starting on July 1, 2026

a. Onsite Academic Counseling
First-come, first-served from 9:00 am- 11:00 am
or until cut off due to long lines

b. Online Academic Counseling
1. Log in to your UE Portal Account.
2. Schedule a counseling session using the Guidance Portal.
3. Select if the warning is "See the Guidance", "See the Dean under
Probation" or "See the Dean Transfer credential."
4. Please wait for your counselor’s confirmation of your schedule. If you receive a notification for rescheduling, kindly accept the new schedule. Otherwise, attend your originally scheduled session and arrive on time. Please note that latecomers will need to request a new schedule.

Attention to the students who applied for their PhilHealth Membership ID last November 2024 and April 2025 during the Career Fair, you may now claim your IDs at the Guidance, Counseling, & Career Services Office (GCCSO), G/F SFC Building, in front of the UE Cashier. Kindly present a valid identification card upon claiming.

Please be advised that unclaimed IDs after 30 days will be securely shredded in accordance with the University’s Data Privacy Act policy.
