The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Pasig River Rehabilitation (OPAPRR), led by Undersecretary John Karl Vicenta, met with Mr. Francisco Segovia, Chief Executive Officer of Far Eastern Air Transport Incorporated (FEATI) University, to discuss potential collaboration and institutional support for the Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli (PBBM) Project.
