Ano-ano ang mga katangian ng isang lider-estudyante ang gusto mong makita sa mga kandidato ngayon sa Freshmen Assembly Elections?
Para sa akin, ang mga katangian ng isang lider-estudyante na gusto kong makita sa mga kandidato ngayon sa FA Election ay isang lider-estudyante na dapat magtatangi ng masusing pananagutan at dedikasyon sa kanilang mga responsibilidad. Hindi lamang sila dapat may kakayahang magbigay halaga sa kanilang mga gawain, kundi dapat rin silang maging huwaran pagdating sa pagtupad ng kanilang mga tungkulin. Bukod dito, isang mahalagang aspeto ay ang kanilang kakayahan na makipagtulungan at makipag-ugnayan sa iba. Isang lider-estudyante na may kakayahang makinig sa kapwa at bukas sa mga bagong ideya na magbibigay daan sa mas malalim na ugnayan sa komunidad ng paaralan. At ang pinakamahalaga, ang integridad at tapat na layunin ng isang kandidato na dapat maging halimbawa ng moralidad at matibay na paninindigan. Ang kakayahang manguna at magbigay inspirasyon sa kapwa estudyante ay gusto ko ring makita sapagkat naniniwala ako na ito ang magbibigay ng kahalagahan sa pag-unlad at kabutihan ng pamayanan sa ating paaralan.
Ano-ano ang mga isyu sa loob ng pamantasan ang nais mong makitang tugunan ng mga maihahalal sa Freshmen Assembly?
Isa sa mga pangunahing usapin na nais kong mabigyang solusyon ay ang problema sa kalinisan at kaayusan, partikular na ang kalat na iniiwan ng ilang mag-aaral sa palikuran. Ang mga hindi maayos na asal sa pagsunod sa mga patakaran ng kalinisan at kaayusan ay hindi lamang nagdudulot ng abala sa ibang tao kundi nagiging sagabal din sa pangkalahatang kapakanan ng lahat. Itoโy maaaring magdulot ng hindi magandang impresyon sa ating paaralan at maaaring magbunga ng masamang reputasyon. Ano ang mensahe mo sa mga kandidato para sa Freshmen Assembly?
Para sa ating mga kandidato, ang inyong pagtakbo sa inyong posisyon ay hindi lamang tungkol sa kapangyarihan kundi higit sa lahat, ito'y tungkol sa pagtutok sa layunin ng paglilingkod para sa tuloy-tuloy na pag-unlad ng ating paaralan. Sa bawat pangako, isang pangarap ang iyong tinutupad. Sa bawat hakbang, may responsibilidad na kaakibat. Huwag sana kayong maging lider na nag-iisa; maging tagapamuno na tagapakinig din. Lagi sana ninyong tandaan na ang pagiging opisyal ay hindi isang simpleng titulo, ito'y isang hamon na handang harapin at gawin nang tapat. Maging boses ng mga tinig na hindi madalas marinig. Ipakita ang diwa ng pagmamahal sa kapwa at pagmamalasakit sa bawat isa. Huwag sana kayong maging lider na nagmumula lamang sa posisyon kundi mula sa inyong puso.
