We honor the students who showed up, stayed consistent, and gave their best — kahit loaded ang sched at sunod-sunod ang deadlines. And now, we are proud to present and recognize the 𝓪𝓬𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓶𝓲𝓬 𝓪𝓬𝓱𝓲𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓼 of 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐍-𝟐𝐀 for the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. This recognition goes beyond grades. ‼️ 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠, 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 ‼️

The request of TUP Manila University Student Government, together with the Office of Student Affairs and Head of Civil Security Office, for the 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠, 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 has been approved in line with the existing hair and dress code policy indicated at the 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟯 𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸. The following eased guidelines hereby follows.

📌 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘

1. Effective 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 who will be entering the University premises should be in their 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 except on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

2. Students should purchase their uniforms only from the provider/s allowed by the University (Baro and ELP). The 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 which is IPO-registered.

3. Wearing of 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 shall be based on 𝗦𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗘 (𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻) such as the following:

3.1 Female gender-based students shall wear the blouse.
3.2 Male gender-based students shall wear the polo and black shoes with black socks while wearing the official uniform.
3.3 Students who are members of LGBTQIA++ community may wear their 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 based on their gender identity and expression.

4. On Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, students are allowed to enter the university wearing casual attires provided that they shall comply to the following parameters.

📌 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀

4.1 Students shall not wear shorts, open footwears, sleeveless shirts, piercings, and crop tops for all gender-based casual attires.
4.2 For female gender-based attire, pencil cuts and dress are allowed provided that the hem must not be shorten to above the knee.
4.3 Male gender-based students shall not wear earrings.

5. 4th year students who are on their On-the-Job Training Program may enter the University in their College/Organization Shirt, company uniforms, and casual attires complying to the 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀.

📌 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦

Students may come to school in casual attires befitting a university student and complying the above-mentioned 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays – the wash days.

📌 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗨𝗧

1. ALL bonafide TUP students, regardless of their gender identity and expression, shall sport the following 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 when entering the university premises:

📌 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

1.1 Students shall sport clean and decent hairstyle when entering the university premises.
1.2 Male gender-based students with hair-length below shoulder should be tied back into a neat ponytail.
1.3 Hair in front of the face should not cover the eyes. Students should brush up their hair if hair will cover the face.
1.4 Students are not allowed to have a line haircut.

2. ALL bonafide TUP students are not allowed to have their hair dyed.
