In alignment with the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum, we are now finalizing section assignments based on your chosen career pathways. To ensure your education directly supports your future goals, we have developed 10 specialized career pathways, each featuring built-in academic electives tailored to specific professional fields.

Important Update on Selection:
While many of you indicated a preference during the initial enrollment period, our records show that some students have yet to submit a choice. Additionally, we understand that some may have reconsidered their initial plans.
• For those who haven't chosen: You must submit your selection now to ensure you are placed in the correct section.
• For those who wish to switch: This form serves as your final opportunity to change your pathway before sections are locked for the school year.

Making an Informed Decision:
Your pathway should align with the college program or career you intend to pursue. We strongly encourage you to review the specific elective subjects for each track to see which best fits your academic inclinations.
