2. Send an active and official email address.
3. Check email for the Registration form to be filled-up.
4. Submit via email completed forms together with picture and signature.
5. Wait for email confirmation, (Cashier Assessed Registration Form)
6. Pay thru BANK and send a copy of the deposit slip thru email or Facebook messenger.
