CPA Review School It was in 1947, when veteran educators- Dr. Francisco T. Dalupan, Mr. Santiago F. Dela Cruz and Mr. Jose L. Manila. (UE CRSS ).

Torres started conducting CPA review classes using rented facilities at Dasmarinas St. Four (4) out of one hundred ten (110) reviewees made it to top places in the CPA licensure examination of 1947.
