As we prepare for another Limited Face-to-Face classes, ๐ŸŽ’๐Ÿ“š please be reminded of the following reminders, rules, and requirements to keep in mind. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ

๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ—ฃ REMINDERS:
1. There are two cohorts for the limited face-to-face classes, Cohort A and Cohort B. Refer to the file in the Homeroom Course site for the Cohorting list.
2. Cohort A will have the LF2F classes on September 7, while Cohort B will have theirs on September 9.
3. Before going to the campus, log in and fill up the COVID-19 Tracker in THOMEDSS. https://thomedss.ust.edu.ph/
4. Make sure to bring a digital or printed copy of your vaccination Card or a negative antigen test, Parent Consent for Face-to-Face Classes, and proof of Flu and Tetanus Vaccinations.
5. Bring a health kit that contains extra face masks, hand sanitizer, tissue, wet wipes, and mosquito repellent lotion.
6. For old students, bring your ID card; for transferees, obtain a printed copy of the Temporary Registration Form, which is under the UST Student Portal in the Resources Tab. https://myuste.ust.edu.ph/hs/
7. The attire to be worn is the Type B Uniform, but a yellow shirt, maong pants, and rubber shoes may be used as an alternative.
8. The classroom number of the section of St. Crispin is Room 319.
9. Be punctual and enter the UST JHS Building before 7:00 AM.
10. Keep in mind social distancing and health and safety protocols. Always make sure that the face mask is worn properly.
11. The only facemasks permitted are medical masks, KN94 or KN95. Cloth masks are not allowed.
12. Do not attend onsite classes if you have symptoms of COVID-19, or have a family member with the disease.
13. The canteen will be open during recess time, in the timeframe 9:30 AM - 9:45 AM or 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM, depending on the recess time.
14. Sharing of food is prohibited, and students must practice proper waste disposal.
15. Gadgets are allowed, and they must only be used when instructed by the teacher.
16. Students must go home immediately once they have been dismissed. No one is allowed on the school premises after dismissal.
17. Please take note of your seating arrangement. When you enter our classroom, please sit on your assigned seat.

As the golden rays of the sun shines from the horizon๐ŸŒ…at dawn, another day greets us with ambiance ๐Ÿฅฐ and inspiration.โœจ Let us embrace the sunโ€™s warmth to the fullest and give our very best as we navigate ๐Ÿงญ through our expeditions ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ and discover the mysteries ๐Ÿง™ with the help of our newly elected officers. ๐Ÿคฉ

โœ… Thatโ€™s right, you heard it! We proudly present our newly elected officers of ๐Ÿซ Grade 9 St. Crispin for A.Y. 2022-2023.
