EARLY REGISTRATION 2022-2023
"MAKAPAG-ARAL AY KARAPATAN MO."
MAGPALISTA NA SA DR. JOSEFA JARA MARTINEZ HIGH SCHOOL.
March 25 - April 30, 2022
Bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng SY 2022-2023, ang mga paaralan ay magsasagawa ng "Early Registration". Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang o guardian ng nga sumusunod na magpalista.
Grade 7: Mga batang magtatapos ng Grade 6 ngayong SY 2021-2022.
Grade 11: Mga batang magtatapos ng Grade 10 ngayong SY 2021-2022.
Transferees: Mga batang Grade 8 - Grade 11 na gustong lumipat.
Balik-aral: Mga batang gustong bumalik sa pag-aaral.
ALS: Mga "Out of School Youth" na may edad na 13 para sa Elementary at edad 16 para sa Secondary.
Ang mga mag-aaral na nasa Grade 8, 9 at 11 ay kabilang na sa pre-registered at hindi na kailangang sumali sa early registration.

Ang pagpapalista ay maaaring ONSITE or ONLINE.
ONSITE:
Pumunta sa paaralan para magpalista.
Paalala:
Siguraduhing sumunod sa mga safety protocols na ipinapatupad ng paaralan.
Magsuot ng face mask.
Magdala ng sariling ballpen.
ONLINE:
Hintayin po ang link. Ipopost din po.

REQUIREMENTS:
Xerox copy ng PSA/NSO/LCR Birth Certificate (if available)
Xerox copy ng report card o ID na nagpapakita ng LRN at pangalan.
Nasagutang Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form.

FACE SHIELD DESIGN CONTEST

📢 Calling all Jaranians!
😷 To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to stay fashionable, we recommend to wear face mask & face shield especially when you go to public places.
Pero di kailangan na maging "boring" whenever you use them. You can stay "fashionable" as always! Sumali, magpakitang-gilas sa arts, at manalo!😊

📝 MECHANICS:
1. Open to ll students of DJJMHS S.Y. 2020-20121 (JHS & SHS).
2. All interested participants must submit their entries on or before FEBRUARY 11, 2021 (Thursday).
3. One entry per student.
4. The theme of the design shall be: "ALAB SINING, ALAY SIGLA" (National Arts Month 2021 theme)
5. Guidelines:
a. All submitted entries must be originally designed by the participant.
b. In submitting the entry, the participant & participant's parent/guardian must approve the posting of the design in Social Media (including name & section).
c. The base of the design must be a plain Face Shield.
d. Participants can use any materials (paint, beads, laces, sequins, recycled materials, and other readily-available materials at home) provided it is safe to be worn in the face.
6. Submission of Entries:
a. The participant shall take a "SELFIE" using/wearing the Face Shield (see photos/atttachments).
b. Submit his/her entry to the Official FB Page of Ms. Cheryll Quezon (Messenger/private message) with COMPLETE NAME, GRADE & SECTION.
7. CRITERIA:
Creativity & Resourcefulness - 40%
Originality - 30%
Relevance to the Theme & Presentation - 30%
8. PRIZES:
1st prize: P300 load
2nd prize: P200 load
3rd prize: P100 load

Para po sa mga mag-aaral, magulang at guardian na hindi nakanood at nakadalo sa PARENT/STUDENT ORIENTATION on DISTRIBUTION OF TABLETS na ginanap kahapon, narito po ang IRR or Implementing Rules and Regulations ng QC Local Government tungkol dito. Basahin at unawain pong mabuti. Salamat po :)
