We prepare go bags, evacuation plans, and emergency kits…
But often forget one essential thing: our mental health.

Disasters don’t just affect homes. They actually affect people and while we can’t always control what happens, we can take steps to regulate, cope, and care for ourselves after 🌿

We congratulate Michelle, a 3rd Year AB Psychology student, on successfully passing the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (Professional Level). Out of 307,489 examinees nationwide, only 48,735 successfully passed the examination - a milestone truly worth celebrating.

Your hard work, perseverance, and courage in pursuing excellence as you continue your academic journey reflect your passion and dedication to your future goals.

May this success open more opportunities and inspire you to continue reaching greater heights. Your Psych family celebrates this victory with you and looks forward to all the achievements still ahead of you.

Your prayers, patience, and unconditional love shape hearts more than words can ever explain. Even in the tiring days, your kindness continues to inspire hope, healing, and courage.

To our beloved professors who are also mothers, thank you for nurturing not only your families but also your students with wisdom, understanding, and compassion. Your dedication inside and outside the classroom is truly admirable, and we are blessed by your guidance and motherly care.

In times of crisis, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain. But recovery is possible. Through connection, self-care, and support from our communities, we can rebuild not just our surroundings—but our resilience.

Let’s remember:

Healing takes time, and no one has to go through it alone.
