Na para bang secret kung sino

The who Review Innovations?!!

My journey to becoming a licensed Civil Engineer didn’t start with confidence. Sobrang exhausting ng final year ko sa college dahil naka-overload ako sa huling dalawang sems para lang makagraduate on time. Umabot sa point na bumabagsak na ako sa exercises at exams dahil sa heavy workload. I knew then na hindi ko pa kayang mag-board exam agad, given na September ang initial schedule noon, barely three months after graduation. I chose to rest first to avoid total burnout.

For five months after grad, naging tambay muna ako sa bahay, kain, ML, at tulog lang ang ginagawa ko. While the rest was necessary, naramdaman kong lalo akong nangalawang. Not until mag-start ang review classes ko sa Review Innovations, it was the ultimate game-changer.

𝙏𝙤 𝙢𝙚, 𝙍𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚.First time kong marinig ang RI from my instructor sa UPLB nung tinanong niya yung classmate ko kung anak ba siya ni Sir Verterra. Mula noon, decided na talaga ako. Wala nang research at basa-basa ng reviews about other centers, RI na agad. Enough reason na sa akin na doon galing yung mga solid kong profs.

𝙄 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙀 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙢𝙚. They knew exactly what we needed to pass, and they delivered. With their help, I regained the academic edge I thought I had lost and learned so many new things. I felt the passion and sincerity of the instructors, hindi lang dahil trabaho nila ito, kundi dahil gusto talaga nilang magtagumpay kaming mga RI students. They are very thorough sa pag-explain ng concepts, lalo na sa PSAD na kailangan ng deeper understanding.

𝙎𝙤𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚-𝙪𝙥 𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙨𝙖 𝙍𝙄, 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙣. Sa PSAD masters, dahil ang supposedly na pinakamahirap na subject, naging mas madali. Sa HGE masters na pinadali pa lalo ang subject, at sa MSTC instructors na binusog ako sa problems, maraming salamat sa inyong lahat. Kanya-kanya sila ng style at pakulo sa pagtuturo, pero lahat effective. Hindi ka talaga
mabobored sa klase habang nakikinig.

Kahit na tamad na tamad ako gumising sa umaga, pinipilit ko talagang bumangon kasi there's so much to miss sa isang klase.

𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙣𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙠 𝙠𝙖 𝙣𝙖 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙜. Noong review season, aaminin ko na hindi pa ako ganun kaseryoso kaya may mga concepts akong hindi agad na-absorb. Good thing is sobrang thorough ng Refresher Course, nadaanan lahat ng dapat aralin at nakita ko kung anong topics ang kailangan ko pang i-focus. Dito ko na-encounter lahat ng possible traps, crucial concepts, at kung ano ang gagawin sa items kapag hindi na talaga kayang i-solve.

𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙄, nachallenge talaga ako and dito natrain diskarte ko sa mga problems na di ko alam ang approach.Tama nga ang sabi ni Sir Benjames, highly effective ang learning program ng RI if you cooperated.

Sobrang thankful ako dahil na-enjoy ko ang review journey ko, parang araw-araw niyo yata akong napapatawa. Sobrang benta ng mga pakulo niyo na asaran at love triangle. Pakiramdam ko tropa ko lang yung ibang instructors, RI truly treated us like family.

Dahil sa RI, mas lalo akong nainspire maging topnotcher, mapaligiran ka ba naman ng halos puro topnotcher na instructors. RI did not just teach me how to answer board exam problems, they also served as an inspiration, taught me life lessons, and boosted my confidence.

As the board exam approaches, palala nang palala ung anxiety and doubts ko. Alam kong marami pa akong hindi master na topics. Pero sabi nga ni sir Angel, you will never be ready, laging may pangamba at takot, kaya naman nagtiwala na lang ako sa aking sarili at sa mga natutunan ko mula sa RI. In God's grace, it all turned out well, naging Topnotcher ako! RI lang sapat na.
