There will be a short talk on "Summary of the Six Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine" to be delivered by Dr. Clemerick Pulanco of the Health Services, followed by a group exercise activity facilitated by the Head of the Physical Education Department, Dr. Jonathan Catapang.
