- Brochure (Grade 8): Love of country as a path to global harmony.
- Food Festival (Grade 9): Flavors of the world on display.
- Poster Slogan (Grade 10): Globalization, interconnectedness, and peace.
- Dress Up Your Doll: Dolls styled in national costumes.
- Mask Painting: Hand-painted masks inspired by the UNESCO Month theme.

This is not a contest but a cultural exhibit where students’ creativity brings world heritage to life.

Explore art, food, and traditions with respect, curiosity, and pride.
Photography is allowed, but please maintain proper behavior inside the museum.

- Optional visual aids or posters for support

🌟 GOAL: To promote cultural appreciation and let everyone see how food can tell stories about tradition, heritage, and unity.

ELIMINATION ROUND

October 15, 2025 (Wednesday)

👥 PARTICIPANTS

- Open to all LDHS students.
- Each teacher may select up to two (2) pairs of participants only (pairs do not need to be from the same section).
🔔 Take Note: The assigned teacher cannot give or transfer their slots to another teacher. This ensures fairness for everyone.
- AP Teachers are in charge of registration and coordination with the UNESCO Club Adviser & Co-Adviser.

📌 Registration deadline: October 6, 2025 (through your AP teacher).

The contest has two rounds:
1️⃣ Elimination Round
2️⃣ Final Round

ELIMINATION ROUND

Contestants will:
• Do their own stage walk
• Introduce themselves
• Pick a hashtag relevant to the theme and explain its meaning (Filipino or English).

Attire during Elimination Round:

Boys: T-shirt (tucked-in), Denim Pants, Sneakers
Girls: T-shirt (tucked-in), Denim Pants, Heels, Light Make-up

📌 Take Note: Contestants will not yet represent a country during this round.

Only the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female per year level will qualify for the Final Round.

FINAL ROUND (Culminating Activity)

Qualified participants (Top 12 Male & Top 12 Female) will now select a country 🌍 (first-come, first-served basis; no duplicates).

Finalists will present:

- Self-introduction (Name, Grade Level, Country represented)
- Personal Advocacy (relevant to the theme, 3–5 sentences, in Filipino or English)
- National Costume Walk 👗👘🕺 showcasing confidence, creativity, and culture.
- Country Assignments by Year Level:
- Grade 7 – Asia
- Grade 8 – North or South America
- Grade 9 – Africa
- Grade 10 – Europe

After the National Costume Presentation, only the Top 5 Male & Top 5 Female will proceed to the Q&A Portion.

💬 Q&A: Questions will be from the judges, and answers can be in Filipino or English.

From the Q&A, scores will determine the winners.

The winners of Mr. and Ms. United Nations 2025 shall be given the privilege to campaign and present their chosen advocacy during school assemblies.

📝 Take Note:

- All finalists must sign a Waiver & Agreement Form with their parent/guardian.
- If the culminating activity is cancelled due to emergencies (e.g., typhoon, suspension of classes, force majeure), the UNESCO Club will not be liable for any inconvenience or costume rental costs.

Arambulo, conducted a purposeful and productive meeting at the AP LRMDS in line with the preparation for the upcoming UN Month Opening Program next week. The whole team was excited as they finalize the program flow. The UNESCO Club made it sure that every detail and concern is keenly checked and addressed towards a well-organized celebration. Important tasks and responsibilities were also entrusted to each officer, which highlighted their eagerness, collaboration, and commitment. Their act emphasized the holistic desire of the organization to make the event a successful and meaningful one.
