Are you ready to create your own unique and mindful recycled science models? Rescidel is for you!

Theme: Siyensa, Teknolohiya at Inobasyon: Kabalikat sa Matatag, Maginhawa at Panatag na Kinabukasan.

GUIDELINES
• Participants will create a project/prototype model of scientific concept(s) out of recycled materials.
✓ VMHS Students from all grade level can participate.
✓ The model MUST be replicable, have a scientific concept implication and can be used as instructional materials.
✓ Participants will be given 2 hours to do the rescidel.
✓ Students must register first with empty plastic bottles (PET bottles) before the contest through the Yes-O Club Officers.
✔ The winner shall participate in the Division level Eco-Festival.

MATERIALS THAT CAN BE USED and NEED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE STUDENTS:
Plastic bottles, drinking straws, plastic cups, plastic spoon and fork, paper plates, magazines or newspapers, glue, glue gun, glue sticks and bring extensions.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
√ Creativity and Originality of the Idea - 40%
√ Science Concept/Application/Usefulness - 30%
√ Craftmanship (durability/stability) - 30%
TOTAL = 100%

September 27, 2023, the date we were looking for our ECO-KING & ECO-QUEEN.

The YES-O Organization and the Science Club have joined forces to make our pageant a success! Let’s make way as we introduce to you our ECO-KING and ECO-QUEEN, Kyle Policarpio and Kelda Marcos! They will serve as role models for environmental advocacy and awareness in order to conserve and safeguard Mother Nature. Kudos also to the others winners & title holders! that deleting 10 or more unused emails can reduce carbon footprints that are harmful to our environment. If everyone around the world deleted just 10 emails (spam or not), it would save 1,725,000 gigabytes of storage space, or around 55.2 million kilowatts of power.
