The 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆-𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 for Academic Year 2025–2026 will be held on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 at the 𝗥𝗧𝗨 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲.

All newly elected officers are expected to arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the event. Attendees are expected to wear 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹.

Let us witness this significant moment as we formally begin another year of student leadership in service of the University and its community.

The Post-Election Protest is your chance as a voter to raise concerns about the election results and the winning candidates. If you believe the process was unfair, irregularities occurred, or you wish to seek accountability, this platform is here to ensure your voice is heard.

Guidelines for Filing a Protest Letter:
1. Address your letter to the Chairperson of COMSELEC.
2. Clearly state your protest and specify the party or candidate involved.
3. Include the names and signatures of all complainants.
4. Submit your letter via email to [email protected] until September 19, 2024, 12:00 PM.

The student elections for the Academic Organization have successfully concluded. All votes were carefully counted through a fair and transparent process, with canvassers present during canvassing to ensure accuracy and accountability.
