Duty to Others is about helping people in simple and sincere ways. It means being kind, lending a hand and showing respect even in small actions. As Scouts, we learn that serving others is not about being noticed, but about doing what is right and being there when someone needs help.

We may not always see how much impact we make, but every effort counts. A simple act of service can make someone’s day better and that is already something to be proud of. Duty to Others reminds us to keep helping, caring and doing good wherever we go.

Today is a bittersweet moment for all of us as we celebrate someone who has been more than just a leader, but a guiding light in our journey as scouts. Congratulations to the one who led us with courage, patience, and a genuine heart as she officially graduates from Grade 12, none other than Ceshilley G. Mifa.

It is hard to put into words how much you have impacted each of us. You were not just someone who gave instructions, you were the one who stayed when things got difficult, who listened when we needed to be heard, and who believed in us even when we doubted ourselves. You showed us that leadership is not about being in front all the time, but about lifting others up and walking beside them.

Through every activity, every challenge, and every moment we shared as scouts, you gave your best not just for yourself but for all of us. You carried the responsibility with strength, yet remained kind and humble. Because of you, we learned what it truly means to serve, to stay disciplined, and to care for one another as a team.

What makes this moment even more emotional is knowing that things will not be the same without you. Your presence, your voice, your guidance, and even your small reminders will truly be missed. But at the same time, we are so happy because you are finally reaching this chapter that you worked so hard for.

As you move forward to a new journey, always remember that you already made a mark in all of us. You are not just graduating as a student, but as someone who inspired, cared, and led with a genuine heart. You will always be our manang, our leader, and someone we will forever be grateful for.

Always remember that you have us when life gets difficult, especially in the days when you feel tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. You have your Scouting family who will always be here to listen, to support, and to remind you of how strong and capable you are. No matter how far life takes you, you will never face anything alone because you will always have a home in us, people who believe in you, who are proud of you, and who will stand by you through every high and low.

We are so proud of you, and we will always be grateful that we had a leader like you. No matter where life takes you, you will always have a family here who will continue to look up to you and cheer for you every step of the way. 👩‍🎓🎓

And just like that intro we present the Scout Achievers of the 4th quarter. Success does not always come in a straight path. Sometimes it comes with a little dubi dapdap. This quarter had many tasks and challenges. There were quizzes and activities that tested our patience. Still we showed effort and discipline. We studied, we tried and we improved. Most of all we did not give up. Being a Scout Achiever is not only about high results. It is about staying focused and doing your best every day. Even when things feel confusing, we continue. Even when it gets tiring, we move forward.

To everyone keep studying and stay consistent. Do not wait for motivation. Start now and keep going. Your future will thank you.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁

169 years ago, Robert Baden-Powell was born. He saw that young people can do more than they are told, and that character is shaped by the choices we make every day.

He trusted young people to stand on their own, to act with courage, and to keep their word. Scouting became the proving ground where actions, not words, define who you are, and where small choices shape a lifetime of character.

Founder’s Day reminds every Scout that leaving the world better starts with each of us. What you do, how you act, and the way you keep your word today can echo far beyond what you see.

Make it count. Live your Promise. Let the mark you leave be a world better than you found it.
