Kumusta ang puso’t isipan mo, kaibigan? Hindi lang katawan ang kailangang alagaan, pati nararamdaman mo. Alagaan ang sarili. Magpahinga. Magkwento. Nandito ang BANTAY DIWA para makinig.
Look around at your surroundings and take time to breathe and to rest.

Ngayong World Mental Health Month, sabay-sabay nating ipaalala sa isa’t isa na ang kalusugang pangkaisipan ay kasinghalaga rin ng pisikal na kalusugan. Ang pagiging totoo sa nararamdaman ay hindi kahinaan, ito ay tapang at lakas. Kaya ngayong buwan ng Oktubre, piliin nating maging mabait: sa sarili, sa iba, at sa ating diwa. Kasama mo ang Bantay Diwa Club sa pagsusulong ng kamalayan, pag-unawa, at malasakit para sa mental health ng bawat isa.

Adulting + school + life + personal problems = hays, ang bigat minsan. But wait, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. YOU DON’T NEED TO FACE THIS ALL ALONE. Marami sa atin ang tahimik na lumalaban sa struggles na hindi nakikita ng iba. And guess what? It’s okay na hindi ka okay all the time. 🌼

This September, Bantay Diwa stands in solidarity with everyone who continues to fight silent battles. 💛 Let us break the stigma, spread awareness, and remind one another that you are never alone. Sa Bantay Diwa, naniniwala kami na bawat buhay ay mahalaga, this month we are reminding that many people silently carry heavy burdens, pero no one should carry them alone

✨ There is always hope.

Maliit man ang hakbang, malaki ang ambag kung sama-sama para sa kalinisan ng eskwelahan at ng kalikasan 🌱
