OUTREACH PROGRAM | City Budget Office - City Government of Malabon

On June 13, 2025, the City Budget Office of the City Government of Malabon, led by Budget Officer EnP Ma. Shella S. Cabrera, MPA, MMEP, conducted an inspiring outreach program at Tuguilan Elementary School.

The initiative brought joy and gratitude to the school community through the distribution of school supplies to learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6, the provision of financial assistance to a deserving scholar, and feeding program.

The teachers, parents and pupils of Tuguilan Elementary School expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the generous support and commitment shown by the Ma'am Shella and company in uplifting the lives of learners in far-flung areas.

Tuguilan Elementary School Graduation Rites 2025

With the theme " Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas, the Graduation and Moving- Up Rites were successfully held, celebrating a meaningful milestone for our young learners. This simple yet memorable event marks another chapter as they take a step closer to their dreams.

Likewise, heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Joseph J. Balaguer for gracing the occassion as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Your inspiring meesage left a lasting impact on everyone present.
