The BulSU Graduate School and Graduate School Student Council, in collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office III, will conduct PRC Mobile Services on:

ADMISSION Requirements:

For applicants who graduated in BulSU (BulSU as the last attended school):
o 1st time Masters applicants – Original AND Photocopy of Bachelor TOR.
o 2nd degree Masters applicant - Original AND Photocopy of Masters TOR.
o 1st time Doctoral applicants – Masters Original AND Photocopy TOR, Certificate of Employment, and photocopy of Thesis Approval Sheet (approval sheet for all doctoral programs except for DPA).
o 2nd degree Doctoral applicants – 1st Doctoral Original AND Photocopy TOR, Certificate of Employment, and photocopy of Thesis Approval Sheet (approval sheet for all doctoral programs except for DPA).

For MAED, applicants must be a graduate of an aligned Education program. If not an education graduate, the applicant must be or have:
o CPTE units (at least completed 18 units) - secure the CPTE TOR with remarks:
- For Evaluation purposes
- For Graduate Studies / Further Studies
o LET Result (passer)
o Have at least 2 years in teaching related subjects.

For MAED Guidance and Counseling, applicants must have finished a Guidance and Counseling-related program. If not, applicants must have at least 2 years of related work in guidance and counseling.

Graduate School Student Council (GSSC)

A productive exploratory meeting today focused on opening pathways for BJMP officers and staff to pursue graduate education.

We were honored to engage with Mr. Lord Rogelio T. Montero V, Provincial Jail Administrator of BJMPPO-Bulacan, alongside Mr. Gem Cajigal Bautista. Joining the discussion were Dr. Aimee Grace Madlamgbayam and Dr. Allan Garcia from the Public Administration program.

The conversation centered on creating accessible and relevant graduate programs tailored for BJMP personnel—empowering them to deepen their expertise, strengthen leadership capabilities, and elevate service delivery within the corrections system. This initiative highlights the role of higher education in shaping disciplined, compassionate, and future-ready public servants.

Looking forward to building a strong academic–institutional partnership that supports lifelong learning for those at the forefront of public safety and community development.
