[LEGISLATIVE BODY MEMORANDUM NO. 009 S. OF 2026]

On this 27th day of September 2026, CAL LSC Legislative Body Head, Chloe Bautista, issued Legislative Body Memorandum No. 9, informing the CAL LSC Legislative Body Members of the rescheduling of the second day of the Third Regular Legislative Body Sessions.

This Memorandum hereby announces, convenes, and formalizes the Second Regular Legislative Body Session of the College of Arts and Letters Local Student Council. It is issued for the purpose of officially gathering the members of the Legislative Body to hear, scrutinize, refine, and deliberate upon proposed resolutions and ordinances, and to ensure that such legislative measures are properly prepared for implementation in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws, existing policies, and the objectives of the Student Government.

This Memorandum shall take effect immediately upon issuance.

On this day, Septembet 25, 2026, Friday, the College of Arts and Letters Legislative Body, under the authority of the Office of the Vice Governor, hereby commences the implementation of the 3rd Regular Legislative Body Session, pursuant to Legislative Body Memorandum No. 008, Series of 2026.

The Legislative Body is now formally convened to deliberate upon and effectuate the proceedings set forth in the official agenda.

THE GREEN RAVEN HAS FLOWN IN—CAL MERCH IS FINALLY BACK!

We will be closing the forms exactly a month from now, on October 21. The student body shall cast their votes after the announcements of designs, and a winner will be selected. The winning design shall receive a generous cash prize and free pieces of the winning merchandise.
