As the nation commemorates the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, the Schools Division of Davao Occidental joins all Filipinos in honoring the courage, sacrifices, and patriotism of our heroes who fought for the freedom and sovereignty of our nation.

In observance of this year’s theme, “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.”, we reaffirm the Department of Education’s commitment to fostering among learners a deep sense of nationalism, appreciation of our rich history, and responsibility in preserving the gains of freedom for future generations.

May this celebration inspire us to embody the values of unity, integrity, and active citizenship as we work together in building a more resilient, inclusive, and progressive Philippines.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ma’am Josephine R. Flores for her years of dedicated service, exceptional leadership, and invaluable contributions to the school.
