Heads up Learners! You may now register for enrollment using our Online Registration Form (ORF).

Please be guided by the following instructions to ensure proper submission of the ORF.

1. Accomplish the form using an internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.) to ensure that all buttons would work. Just simply copy this link: http://orf.malinaonhs.online and paste it in your browser. Do not search it in Google.

2. Follow the given schedule for the Grade Level you are registering to. This is to avoid traffic in accessing the ORF.

3. It is recommended that you accomplish this form if you have a good internet connection.

4. Accomplish the form in the presence of your parents. They need to confirm that all of the information are accurate and true.

5. Submit ONE registration form only. Do not attempt to submit a new registration form for the same person.

6. You may go back to the previous page of the form should you need to change something. Just simply click the 'back' button on the lower portion of the page. Questions/items with red asterisk are required to be accomplished.

7. After submission of the form, you may still edit your form by clicking the 'edit your response' link.

8. If you want to edit your response (change your chosen SHS Strand, update contact details, etc.) on a later time, you may request your ORF link via our Official page https://www.facebook.com/301810mnhs. Just leave as a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

This is to give updates about our General Alumni Homecoming preparation which were discussed during the 5th coordinators's meeting held at Malinao National High School, last February 5,2017, Sunday 1:00 PM.

Good day po!!!
This to inform you of the latest developments in the upcoming Grand Alumni Homecoming comes April 15, 2017. During the 3rd and 4rth Coordinators’ Meeting presided over by the Overall Coordinator, Mam Cecille Chavenia Regalado, the following were specifically agreed upon by the body:
1. Activities in the Grand Alumni Homecoming Day
6:30 A.M Invocation
7:30 A.M Motorcade
10:00 A.M Batch Registration
10:30 A.M Election for the General Alumni Association by Batch Coordinators
12: 00 Noon to 5:00 P.M Lunch and Get-together Activity Respective Batchmates/classmates Room in school assigned per batch or it’s up to the batch to look for venue where they can have bonding moments together
6:00 P.M Evening Socials/Program

2. Theme of the Event. To demonstrate camaraderie and unity as one family among the alumni, to re-establish the Alumni Association of Malinao National High School, make it functional for the glory of our beloved Alma Mater and deepen our care for Malinao National High School…the theme of the event will be:
Theme: “Eskwelahan ko padaba ko
Madya na, oras na, magtiripon kita”
3. Attire on the Event. As agreed upon by majority of the batch coordinators during the meeting, there will only one color of t-shirt for all participants to really emphasize uniformity and unity as depicted in the theme:
Color of the t-shirt: WHITE
Brand of the T-shirt: Yalex
Available Sizes: Extra Small (XS), Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L) Extra Large (XL)
Cost: Php 200.00
150.00 (T-shirt and the printing cost)
50.00 (individual share for the Alumni Project)
The committee in charge of T-shirt now accepts orders.
* It will only be the Batch Coordinators who will be entertained to order T-shirts for respective batch, pay the amount for ordered T-shirts to the teacher-in-charge and distribute the same to his/her fellow classmates.
* The print layout/ logo will be the same; there will be no variation except for the Batch name which will be printed at the back of the t-shirt per batch.
