Following the announcement of the City Government of Malabon and the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 131 by the Office of the President of the Philippines regarding class and work arrangements for August 20, 2026, please be guided by the following:

• Integrated School classes will shift to synchronous online modality. Teachers may use the University’s internet facilities on campus in conducting their classes.
• Tertiary Education Department enrollment will resume with onsite and online enrollment services available. Graduating students can continue to accomplish their clearance tomorrow.

Please be guided accordingly regarding the school’s announcement. We sincerely hope that everyone is safe and doing well amid the inclement weather.

For students who are affected by flooding, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances caused by the inclement weather, please inform your respective Case Manager so that appropriate accommodations can be considered regarding their online classes.

[UPDATED ADVISORY]

Following the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 128 by the Office of the President of the Philippines, directing the implementation of alternative work arrangements in government offices and alternative learning modes for classes in the National Capital Region and other affected provinces on August 18, 2026, please be guided by the following updated class and operational arrangements:

• Integrated School classes are suspended for the day. No synchronous online classes will be conducted.
• Day 2 of the PAASCU Visit for the Senior High School will continue on-site as scheduled with the remaining interviews to be conducted online. Personnel directly involved in the accreditation visit are requested to report onsite.
• Tertiary Education Department enrollment and clearance submission will be suspended for today and will resume tomorrow, August 19, 2026.
• The campus will be closed for regular operations. Non-teaching personnel (NTP) and Administrators are not expected to report on-site and are advised to coordinate with their immediate heads regarding their work arrangements and deliverables.

• The scheduled graduation pictorial will proceed as announced. Graduating students concerned are advised to follow the released pictorial schedule and related instructions.

• Clearance signing for graduating students may also be accommodated tomorrow. Graduating students are advised to coordinate with the concerned offices regarding their clearance requirements.

• Administrative and Non-Teaching Personnel will report on-site.

Following the announcement of the City Government of Malabon regarding the suspension of face to face classes tomorrow, August 10, 2026, please be guided by the following class, examination, and work arrangements:

- There will be no classes for the Integrated School (IS).

- For the Tertiary Education Department (TED), the revised Final Examination Schedule will be adjusted as follows:
(Kindly refer to the announcement below)

- Final examinations originally scheduled for Saturday will be moved to Wednesday, August 12, 2026, following the corresponding examination time assigned to their respective Saturday class schedules.

- Students who are unable to take the Final Examination during the rescheduled examination period due to prior travel arrangements or other valid reasons recognized under the Student Handbook may coordinate with their respective faculty members for a special examination schedule.

- Students who fail to take the required examination within the prescribed period shall receive an NFE (No Final Examination) grade.

- University personnel are not required to report to work onsite, except for those who will be specifically notified by their immediate heads.

For the GROW Unit:

• Classes will proceed through an Asynchronous Learning Day. Learners are advised to check Microsoft Teams for the assigned activities and instructions.
• Please accomplish the assigned tasks within the given schedule and submission guidelines.
• Continue to monitor official announcements and updates from the GROW Unit.

Following the announcement of the City Government of Malabon regarding the continued suspension of face-to-face classes tomorrow, August 7, 2026, please be guided by the following class, examination, and work arrangements:

• Integrated School will proceed with Day 5, Asynchronous Learning Day, in accordance with the 5 Day Cycle Schedule Implementation for Week 1.

• The proposed TED make-up final examinations previously scheduled for August 7, 2026, covering examinations originally set for August 6, will be moved to Monday, August 10, 2026.

• The new schedule for TED final examinations affected by the half-day class cancellation on August 5, 2026, will be announced separately. Students are advised to stay tuned for further instructions from their respective academic departments.

• Final examinations scheduled on Saturday will proceed as planned, subject to weather conditions. Should the weather prevent the conduct of the examinations, further information regarding possible rescheduling will be released.

• Campus operations will be suspended tomorrow, as work arrangements will revert to the University’s original four-day work week schedule.
