Kick-Off Celebration: ARAL Summer Program 2026
Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey of learning, growth, and collaboration at Acacia Elementary School!
With the full support of our school head, Dr. Irene O. Wabel, and the active participation of our dear parents, enthusiastic learners, and dedicated volunteer tutors, we proudly launched the ARAL Summer Programβa meaningful initiative designed to strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, and numeracy while making learning fun and engaging during the summer break.
This initiative is headed by the ARAL Summer Focal Person, Maβam Ivy E. Gonzales, together with Maβam Sarah Jane Tolentino, School Numeracy Coordinator, whose leadership and dedication help ensure the success of this program.
The ARAL Summer Program aims to provide learners with additional academic support, boost their confidence, and foster a love for learning through interactive activities, guided instruction, and strong community involvement. It also highlights the importance of partnership between the school and families in shaping a brighter future for every child.
Together, let us continue to inspire, guide, and empower our learners every step of the way.
Data Privacy Compliance: In adherence to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), photos and documentation taken during the activity are intended solely for educational and institutional purposes. Acacia Elementary School proudly took part in the Angels Walk for Autism yesterday, April 26, 2026, a meaningful event that celebrates inclusion, raises awareness, and honors the strength and uniqueness of children with special needs.
Our committed SNED Teacher, Ms. Robelle S. Tubera, together with AES teachers, Mr. Afroniano G. Ramirez, Mr. Percival M. Tisbe, and Mrs. Rosalie V. Bajado, joined the walk as a strong show of support for this important cause. Their participation reflects the heart of our school, one that believes every learner deserves understanding, respect, and equal opportunities to thrive.
We are equally grateful to the parents and children with special needs from our school who were present during the event. Your courage, love, and active involvement continue to inspire our entire community. You remind us that behind every child is a story worth listening to, a dream worth supporting, and a future worth nurturing.
As a school, we stand firm in our advocacy for inclusive education. But beyond this event, we call on everyone, parents, educators, and community members to take part in this cause. Let us move beyond awareness and turn it into action. Simple acts of kindness, acceptance, and support can make a lasting difference in the lives of these children and their families.
Together, let us continue to walk hand in hand, breaking barriers, embracing differences, and building a more inclusive and compassionate community for all.
Join us. Support the cause. Be a voice for inclusion.
