us, THE "CHILD EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATION" also known as CERO, a youth-led group organization dedicated to protecting and developing the young people in our barangay. We believe that every child deserves an equality, free in any kinds of harassment, grow up safe, and with hope for the future.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to participate in our goals: to protect, help, and nurture the young people in our neighborhood.
