“Tara, Basa!”: Susi sa Husay sa Pagbasa ng mga Mag-aaral ng Panghulo I

Sinimulan na ang pagbubukas ng “Tara, Basa!” tutoring program ng DSWD sa Panghulo Elementary School I noong May 4, 2026. Bahagi nito ang pakikiisa at pagtulungan ng DSWD at DEPED na naglalayong mapaunlad ang kakayahan sa pagbasa ng mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng sistematikong pagtuturo sa mga mag-aaral at mga magulang.

Sa programang ito, 62 mag-aaral ang nabigyan ng gabay sa pamamagitan ng one-on-one at maliliit na pangkatang pagtuturo. Kasabay nito, 62 magulang ang aktibong nakilahok sa mga Nanay-Tatay Session upang matutuhan kung paano mas epektibong masuportahan ang kanilang mga anak sa pag-aaral, lalo na sa pagbabasa sa kanilang tahanan.

Ang programang ito ay kinabibilangan ng labindalawang (12) Learner Facilitators (LF) at anim (6) na Youth Development Workers (YDW) mula sa City of Malabon University na dumaan sa training at workshop. Sa kanilang sipag at dedikasyon, naging mas magaan at masaya ang proseso ng pagkatuto para sa mga bata.

Isasagawa ang programa sa loob ng 20 days mula Mayo 4 hanggang June 5, 2026, tuwing Lunes hanggang Huwebes, mula 7:30 hanggang 10:30 ng umaga.
Sa pangunguna ni Ms. Rizzane U. Herrera bilang TARA BASA Focal Person, mga g**o at iba pang kawani ng paaralan at sa pamamahala ni Ms. Shirelyn B. Adelino, PSDS Malabon I at OIC-Principal, magiging maayos at matagumpay ang pagpapatupad ng programa.

Higit pa sa simpleng pagtuturo, ipinapakita ng “Tara, Basa!” na sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos, mas nagiging makabuluhan ang bawat hakbang tungo sa pagkatuto.

Isusulong din namin ang mga aktibidad na maghihikayat sa bawat estudyante na maging matulungin, responsable, at may malasakit sa kapwa. Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos, titiyakin naming maririnig ang boses ng bawat mag-aaral at maipapakita ang tunay na diwa ng serbisyo at liderato.

The Winning Storybook:

Tasya’s act of kindness is noticed, appreciated and her generosity leads to friendship with the other group and earns her respect from everyone. The story shows that success is not only measured by winning a competition, but also by the goodness, compassion, and friendships gained through helping others.

Ms. Rowena Tupaz served as both Writer and Illustrator, showcasing exceptional creativity, cultural pride, and dedication to promoting our rich local heritage through literature and art. This remarkable accomplishment brings honor not only to her but also to our school and community.
