Please know that the Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test is no different to an entrance examination being administered by other colleges and universities as a requirement for admission.

The PNPACAT CY 2023 is tentatively scheduled in August (subject to the approval of the C, PNP) at the different testing centers nationwide.

While we enjoin all applicants to prepare, we discourage them from money to buy printed “reviewers” and apps. We don’t consider these as reviewers but rather as practice questions. We are certain that none of those exact questions will appear in the actual PNPACAT. Questions every PNPACAT are carefully deliberated by the members of the Test Development Committee and they see to it that no questions are repeated from previous admission tests.

Applicants may instead refer to their High School notes on general education subjects. The coverage of the PNPACAT may include but not limited to the following:

On or about January 24, 2022, at about 9:00 a.m. the Cadets from National Capital Region currently undergoing the second phase of Cadet Attachment Program which refers to the Station Immersion, visited the NCRPO to render a courtesy call to the Regional Director, however, the said courtesy call was rescheduled due to unexpected event. The Cadets, led by PLTCOL ARNEL S BAIT, NCR Cadets CAP Supervisor, took the opportunity to talk with the cadets and conduct a briefing for some instructions and reminders that makes their work more convenient appropriate.

Police presence or police visibility is an accepted deterrent to the commission of crime. A uniformed police officer patrolling his beat gives peace of mind of every individual for his or her freedom of movement and to engage in commerce. To a malefactor, such presence of a police officer discourages him to perpetrate his criminal and evil design.

Henceforth, there is an urgent need to increase police visibility by intensified foot and mobile patrols along thickly populated areas and busy commercial districts. When necessary, control points shall be established.

Part of the PNP’s crime prevention strategy is the enforcement of “OPLAN SITA” and establishment of PNP Checkpoints on strategic locations of a particular area. Through day and night, the police force is rendering their service and duty in order to ensure a safe and secured community to live in.

At about 0100H of January 21, 2023 onwards, different Sub-Stations from Malabon City Police conducted Checkpoints and Oplan Sita as part of PNP’s Anti-Criminality Campaign and serves as the intensified crime interventions to preempt the occurrence of most prevalent crimes along the city.
