S.I Hayakawa had once stated, "It is not true that we have only one life to live; if we can read, we can live as many more lives and as many kinds of lives as we wish."

Ms. KM Rodriguez, the school librarian, and her assistant, Ms. Dexyrelle Taborda, coordinated the 89th National Book Week programme on this day, the 24th of November 2023. The day started off at 7:45 in the morning with the opening programme, which included a recapitulation of the day's activities. Following that, the Poster and Slogan Making Contests got underway, with contestants from each grade and section showing off their remarkable skills in art and tehir ability to give a deeper meaning to a drawing.

Around 12:30 p.m. the Book Talk competition eventually commenced with designated faculty members serving as judges. Participants from each class exhibited exceptional oral communication skills in addition to a strong desire for literature. By the end of the programme, it was apparent that the entire event turned out to be a great success.

Good day, everyone! Another accomplishment we made today is undoubtedly a significant step. Ladies and gentleman, allow us to present to you our bulletin board!

Our bulletin board features various information, some inspirational quotes and aesthetics from books, and a place where you can be updated with the latest announcements from the library. The lovely faces of our members, officers, and moderator are also highlighted on our board.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Notre Dame of Makilala Inc., who gave us the opportunity to showcase our creativity and teamwork skills on this straightforward yet magical project, to the members who actively helped and contributed to make it happen, the officers who are the ones who take the lead, and most especially to Ms. KM Adrienne Rodriguez, our school librarian and club moderator, who worked hard to make this work effective.
