PathBuilder is a Philippine technology company which created an AI-native Learning Intelligence Platform that makes personalized learning possible at institutional scale. The platform helps universities, colleges, senior high schools, review centers, and training institutions teach every student according to exactly what that student needs.

PathBuilder is used by institutions across the Philippines and is growing quickly. Its research and development is supported by the Department of Science and Technology, and the company has been recognized by innovation and award-giving bodies both locally and internationally. PathBuilder is scaling nationwide and expanding into Southeast Asia and beyond.

Every feature we build has a face, a name, and a story behind it.

When our founder, Engineer Andrew Mañacop, stood in front of classrooms and review centers, he didn't just see students. He saw future engineers, educators, and leaders holding onto a dream. He heard stories of sleepless nights and the quiet, heavy pressure of wanting to give their families a better life.

For many Filipinos, education is the ultimate ticket to a better future. But for too long, students have been forced to survive a one-size-fits-all system that wasn't built for their individual pace. Watching brilliant, hardworking minds struggle under that weight is what broke our hearts and it is exactly what inspired us to build a better way.

PathBuilder was born from a simple, non-negotiable belief: a progressive country is an educated country.

We set out to create a smarter, kinder path to learning. One that adapts to the student, supports their unique pace, and drastically increases their chances of achieving their goals. We are here to make sure those big dreams of passing board exams, earning licenses, and rewriting family futures are fully supported by technology that actually cares.
